Wayne Stewart Elder Law is now Stewart and Gordon

With over 40 years bringing top notch expertise to his clients, Wayne Stewart is turning over management of the practice to established attorney Chris Gordon. Wayne and Chris share a passion for counseling clients through potentially complex questions of estate planning and elder law in a friendly, approachable manner. In Chris’s time practicing nearly exclusively in this field, he’s served hundreds of Colorado families by helping them set up and administer their estates.

Chris will be managing the firm’s steady flow of new clients and be available to serve clients that have worked with Wayne for years. We’ll continue our expertise in elder law matters, estate planning, Medicaid, estate and trust administration and litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, and related matters. Wayne will be maintaining his license to practice and continue to serve clients, though for now, he’s taking a long-awaited sabbatical to participate in church service abroad with his wife.
