In most of our cases, we can offer a flat rate that includes any needed expenses that we are more than happy to discuss as part of the initial consultation. No decisions need to be made at that initial meeting.

Some cases, especially those with greater uncertainty as to how much involvement we need to have, are better handled hourly. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include a detailed breakdown of what needed to happen, and we’re always willing to discuss the why of it all.

Please bear with us if we are uncomfortable sharing a fee estimate without first having an opportunity to meet and discuss the particulars of your situation.

I’d like to make sure things go smoothly for my children after I die,” is more helpful than, “How much do you charge for a simple will?”).
